Leadership Commitment *

At BridgePointe we value highly the involvement, input, and feedback of our team members. We want you to take ownership of your role! However, to ensure clear communication and seamless operations, all team members must commit to following the leadership within their ministry whether they are paid staff or volunteer leaders.
